Each directory contains the Thermo RAW files for the respective method (DDA, PRM). For the ProteomeDiscoverer DDA exports and PRM Skyline report, please see the "Data Matrices" tab (top right).
To download raw data select one or more files or folders in the browser above and click the download icon ( ). Data can also be downloaded by mapping this folder as a network drive in Windows Explorer, or by using a WebDAV client such as CyberDuck or WinSCP.
