Hi,
I'm trying to publish a full dataset for a paper. When I hit submit, it says that there are files missing that have clearly been uploaded. In addition, it is asking for new, different raw files that it says are missing every time I hit 'resubmit'. Can you please help here? Thanks!

Hi Marissa,

One of your Skyline documents contains the Bibliospec library: ZacharaPRM_Library2.blib. For a "complete" ProteomeXchange submission all the raw files and search results used to build a spectrum library are required. Most files used to build this library have been uploaded but these three are missing:
RO-CS-LE_201124_ZacharaN_NZ_WT_Control.raw
RO-CS-LE_201124_ZacharaN_NZ_WT90.raw
RO-CS-LE_201124_ZacharaN_NZ_SwissProt_LibraryRuns.msf
Could you please try uploading them again? Perhaps upload them one at a time and make sure that the upload succeeds.
