Problems with AutoQC loader a gorol  2021-01-05 01:35:08

Hello,

since yesterday i have problems with uploading QC Files to Panorama. We are using the AutoQC loader since May last year and it worked perfectly for us. Since yesterday i can not start the configuration anymore. The log File gives me several error messages but i don`t know how to solve this issue. I attached the LogFiles.
I assume there is a problem with the skyline document but since this is the same one we are using since May I am not sure. Can you help us?

Best,

Alex

Hi Alex,

There seems to be an error reading the .skyd file (the binary file that stores the extracted chromatogram data). Do you see any errors when you open this document in Skyline? The last version of this document uploaded to your QC folder on PanoramaWeb on 12/16 seems fine.

Can you please upload your Skyline document here: https://panoramaweb.org/files.url.
Use the File > Share menu in Skyline to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and all other supporting files.

Thank you for posting to the support board.

Hi Vagisha,

thanks for your reply. When i open the document it says the array dimesions reached the supported area...
I also can not share the skyline document, because the document is not fully loaded....
Is there another way to share it?

Best,

Alex

Hi Alex,

You can manually create a zip archive that contains the following files:
.sky (Skyline document)
.skyd (extracted chromatogram data)
.sky.view (display information)
.skyl (audit log)
any spectrum libraries used in the document (.blib and .redundant.blib)

Thanks,
Vagisha

Hi Alex,

Thank you for uploading the zip file. The .skyd file for your Skyline document is corrupted. I had one of the Skyline developers look at it. We don't know how / why it got corrupted, and we don't think that there is a way to recover it. I would recommend that you download the last successfully imported Skyline document in your Panorama folder and use that with AutoQC Loader. You will find Skyline documents under the "Runs" tab. The uploaded .sky.zip files contain the .sky, .skyd and other required files. Let me know if you have any questions, or run into any other issues. Sorry for the trouble.

Best regards,
Vagisha
