Hi Tobi,
If you are using the latest version of AutoQC Loader (1.1.0.19048) you should see "Bruker" in the "Instrument type" selector. I was just able to import Bruker TDF data using AutoQC Loader. If you are not using the latest version could you please upgrade and try again?
