I added my 2 lab members as users to our laboratory QC Panorama Project and in the instructions it says they should receive an email inviting them to create an account. I initially did this on 9/14/18 and they never received any communication. We have checked all junk and spam folders. Any suggestions or work arounds to get them up and running so I am not the sole person able to access our AutoQC?

If they are truly added, they should be able to click the "Forgot password?" link to get the server to send them a password reset email.

Have you checked to make sure their email addresses are appearing in the appropriate group in you project permissions?

Thank you, we were able to get them on by doing the "forgot password route. They were in the correct group.
