Unknown error attempting to publish to Panorama fazeliniah  2018-02-12 07:29:35

Hi Panorama Team,
Our AutoQC has stopped uploading the results to PanoramaWeb. There is a remote server error (The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.). I 'd appreciate it if you could take a look. We are using skyline daily with the updated version of AutoQC. I have attached the log file for your review.
Thanks
Hossein

Hi Hossein,

There is a long hyphen (–) in your project name between the words "Philadelphia" and "Proteomics" that is causing the problem. I think we introduced a bug in the last release due to which it is not getting correctly encoded when AutoQC Loader is communicating with PanoramaWeb. I have replaced the long hyphen with a regular one. Any URLs with the long hyphen that you may have bookmarked in your browser will continue to work. If you give this folder path to AutoQC Loader it should work:

Childrens Hospital Philadelphia - Proteomics Core Facility/QC_QEHF1

Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks,
Vagisha
