I was wondering if it is possible to have the instrument method field from the raw file metadata extracted and displayed in the "Sample File Summary" on the replicate view page (where you can see pressure trace, TIC, etc, for an individual injection). Obviously, using the same instrument method for AutoQC injections is critical to assess longitudinal instrument performance, but if someone accidentally uses the wrong method, QC metrics will likely go haywire and it won't be immediately obvious that it was just due to the use of the wrong instrument method. Having this field in the replicate summary would be a nice "sanity check" to rule out incorrect instrument method as a factor when QC metrics are not performing as expected.
