Dear Panorama team,

I have already deposit own proteomics data on Panorama and I would like to submit them to ProtemXchange, but I have two errors:

  • missing modification for 15N-modified peptides, I used the Unimod Interim Name "Label:15N(1)" in my Skyline Peptides Settings
  • missing Spectral Library: a Spectral library is attached to the skyline file, but the library doesn't appear in any settings and I don't use it. I still get an error when I open the file "This document requires the Spectral library".

Do you have any idea to solve these problems ?
