How to Download All Data Points for Plots? loffredoj  2018-10-18 15:18:13

Is it possible to download the data points on the 'Peak Area' Metric for all the uploaded files of each ion being targeted, using PanoramaWeb? (as a .txt or .xls) The downloaded data points would have fields like the name of each ion and the Peak Area, for a specific date. I uploaded a picture of the plot I am referring to. Our data is uploaded from TripleTOF 6600 systems and have been uploaded using the AutoQC client, and I am using Google Chrome to view PanoramaWeb.

Best,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

There is a way to do it. It is not very straightforward but this is what you can do:

  1. Open the admin menu by clicking on the gear icon in the top right of the page. In the admin menu click "Go To Modules" > "Query".
  2. In the Query Schema Browser expand "targetedms" schema in the left pane.
  3. Under "targetedms" expand "user-defined queries" if it is not already expanded.
  4. Click the "QCMetric_peakArea" query, and in the right corner of the right pane click "View Data".

The "Metric Value" column has the peak area for a peptide ("Series Label" column) in a replicate ("Sample File Id") column. You can export this table by clicking the "Export" icon in the toolbar just above the table column headers.

You can use the other "QCMetric_*" tables to download other metric values.

I hope this works. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Vagisha
