'MIDAS_QC_Hela_iRT' library not found in settings. Cheng Huang  2018-04-22 21:25:38

Hi:
I am trying to publish the MRM result, but keep on getting the same error message. I have double checked 'MIDAS_QC_Hela_iRT' is ticked in the library settings, although I have no idea where it is from. Could you please have a look?

Thank you very much for your help.
Cheers
Cheng

Hi Cheng,

The 'MIDAS_QC_Hela_iRT' library must have been generated automatically when you imported your data. See this support request on the Skyline website:
https://skyline.ms/announcements/home/support/thread.view?rowId=35213

Panorama does not yet have support for MIDAS libraries. If you do not need it for your analysis you can uncheck it in Skyline under Settings > Peptide Settings > Library. Try importing the document to Panorama after that.

Thanks,
Vagisha
