The spectral library, myPrositLib_UCAN_pool_HPRR_seq_20210811.fasta.trypsin.z2_nce26.blib, used in this dataset was built with Prosit predictions. EncyclopeDIA was used to generate a list of peptides from the FASTA file, which was then used to generate a library in the NIST MSP format in Prosit. The MSP libraries were then converted to .dlib (EncyclopeDIA DDA library) and .blib (BiblioSpec library) with EncyclopeDIA.
