Multiplex method for analysis of clinically relevant proteins and their isoforms in plasma (62 peptides).

Pool of plasma was used for validation of method (matrix-matched calibration, inter and intra day validation). Sample preparation is described in publicly available SOP at Zenodo. https://zenodo.org/records/14974161 Inter and intra day precision was not done for CX3CL1, CHGA, CAL1 and 2, MPO and CST3 (11 peptides), because native peptides were below LOQ and we were not able to quantify them.
