Skyline documents uploaded to the LINCS project on PanoramaWeb record metadata as custom annotations on replicates and peptides. For example, replicates have annotations like cell type, perturbation compound, dose etc. Peptides have annotations like uniprot accession, gene name, phosphosite etc. The examples below query the replicate and peptide annotation tables.
