Hi Tobi,

The error happened on Panorama. We require that all documents uploaded to QC folders have the same set of peptides. But this particular document is missing some of the peptides previously imported to this folder. If you want to monitor a different set of peptides then you can create a separate folder. Here is the error message:

07 Aug 2017 01:26:31,822 ERROR: QC folders require that all documents use the same peptides, but they did not match. Please create a new QC folder if you wish to work with different peptides. Attempted import: [ADVTPADFSEWSK, DGLDAASYYAPVR, GAGSSEPVTGLDAK, GTFIIDPAAVIR, GTFIIDPGGVIR, LFLQFGAQGSPFLK, LGGNEQVTR, TPVISGGPYEYR, TPVITGAPYEYR, VEATFGVDESNAK, YILAGVENSK]. Previously imported: [ADVTPADFSEWSK, ALGGEDVR, DGLDAASYYAPVR, GAGSSEPVTGLDAK, GTFIIDPAAVIR, GTFIIDPGGVIR, HTFSGVASVESSSGEAFHVGK, HTLNQIDSVK, LFLQFGAQGSPFLK, LGGNEQVTR, TPIVGQPSIPGGPVR, TPVISGGPYEYR, TPVITGAPYEYR, VEATFGVDESNAK, YILAGVENSK].

There is a link to the error page in the AutoQC log: https://panoramaweb.org/labkey/pipeline-status/Functional%20Genomics%20Center%20Zurich%20-%20Proteomics%20%26%20Protein%20Analysis%20Group/autoQC%20Server/QEXACTIVEHF2/details.view?rowId=20026

Alternatively, you can go to the folder on PanoramaWeb and click the "Data Pipeline" tab. Click on "ERROR" in the status column to view error details.

Thanks,
Vagisha

Hi Vagisha,

something really stupid happened. Somebody used a second instance of autoQC loader to upload data to this PanoramaQC folder (different skyline document). I deactivated the sec. instance and started the org. configuration. But now I get errors each time the orig. config runs. Can I rescue this somehow?

Greetings,
Tobi

Hi Tobi,

You can delete the Skyline documents that were uploaded from the second instance. Click on the "Runs" tab to view all the documents uploaded to the folder. Check the ones that you want to delete (autoQC_PRM_*.sky.zip I suspect) and click "Delete" in the menu bar just above the table. Let me know if this doesn't work or if there are other issues.

Thanks,
Vagisha
