AutoQC Loader stuck - error message allikrest  2016-10-05 06:17:46

I keep getting the error message below. Sometimes it appears as below but I have also had a pop-up error that causes the AutoQC Loader app to quit altogether, which is problematic since I have other configurations actively importing files when the Loader quits. I am trying to import a .raw file. I have made sure that it is newly added to the "watch" folder, that it is not in the skyline document, and that it is not already uploaded as a "sample file" on Panorama. Now, AutoQC Loader just seems to be stuck. It won't recognize any new raw files that I drop into the "watch" folder for this particular configuration. I have attached the log file showing the errors.

An exception occurred while importing the file.

Hi Allison,

Can you please tell me what version of AutoQC Loader (or AutoQC Loader-daily) you are running? The version appears in the title bar of the program.

Thanks,
Vagisha

Hi Allison,

From your previous message I am assuming that you are using AutoQC Loader compatible with the public release of Skyline. I think the problem that you are seeing is due to a bug in version 1.1.0.9972 of AutoQC Loader. I just posted an update (version 1.1.0.10005) with a fix. Can you please install the latest version from http://skyline.gs.washington.edu/software/AutoQC/ and let me know if you still have the same problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks,
Vagisha
