ERROR: Index 0 out of bounds for length 0 Maithreyan  2020-04-27 08:21:41

When I try to upload the QC data from Skyline to panorama, I am getting the following error, I have attached the log file. I think it is something to do with our data. Could you please explain it. Also, Auto QC is not uploading the data automatically to Panorama even after giving the required details for panorama.

Hi Maithreyan,

This error is caused when importing a Skyline document with zero audit log entries. This is on our bug list and will be fixed in the next release.
In the mean time, you can get around this be disabling audit logging in your Skyline document. You can do this by opening the audit log (View > Other Grids > Audit Log). You should see a checkbox for "Enable audit logging" in the top right corner of the window. If you are not seeing the checkbox make the window bigger or click the little triangle icon in the top right corner to see the checkbox. Uncheck this box and save the document.

Can you please attach the AutoQC Loader log so that I can investigate why your Skyline document is not getting uploaded to PanoramaWeb automatically? You will find the log file (AutoQC.log) in the same folder as your Skyline document.

Thanks,
Vagisha

Hi Maithreyan,

Thanks for attaching the log file. I see that Skyline documents are getting uploaded to your folder now. So it looks like the problem is resolved.

Thanks,
Vagisha
