Is there a way to change the QC plot headers (typically a peptide sequence) to a m/z? Or have it write out "PEPTIDE, m/z" as the header?

It is not possible to change the QC plot headers. But it would be good to include the m/z in the header - "PEPTIDE, m/z" as you suggested. I will add to our todo list for the next release. Thanks for the suggestion!
