running autoQC loader from the command line Tobias Kockmann  2018-07-06 01:38:55

Hi Panorama support,

is it possible to run the autoQC loader application from the command line? We would like to script the complete autoQC pipeline and the loader application seems to be the missing part in the pipeline.

Greetings,
Tobi

Hi Tobi,
Great idea. I have posted a TODO issue to the issues list with you on the notification list. Not sure of the prioritization and timing, but it seems possible maybe even by this upcoming fall release.

Thanks for the feedback.

I should note that really everything but watching the file system for new QC files is already supported by SkylineRunner. So, you could just set up your own scheduled job to run at some interval, e.g. 1 hour or 30 minutes that would upload any files that were present. It just wouldn't automatically detect them the way AutoQC Loader does.

But we will look at making the waiting part automated so that you can just run it at the command-line without needing a scheduled task.
