Compound BYL719 had incorrect pert_dose in column metadata; corrected from 10 uM to 0.25 uM.

Two raw files were incorrectly labeled in original release: TM20171002_GCP_Y4Q1_Plate_59_T4_A375_G-0059_F07_acq_02.raw was corrected to TM20171013_GCP_Y4Q1_Plate_59_T4_A375_G-0059_F07_acq_02.raw, and TM20171002_GCP_Y4Q1_Plate_59_T4_A375_G-0059_F08_acq_02.raw was corrected to TM20171013_GCP_Y4Q1_Plate_59_T4_A375_G-0059_F08_acq_02.raw.

Compound Taxol had incorrect pert_dose in column metadata; corrected from 0 uM to 1 uM. Additionally, compound Trametinib had incorrect pert_dose in column metadata; corrected from 0 uM to 0.1 uM.

During acquisition, filenames did not align with proper sample positions. As a result, filenames in Skyline, gcts, and raw files differ from annotated metadata. Refer to metadata for correct annotation of sample.
