The aim of the experiment is to measure levels of ER, TET2 and GATA3 in T47D or ZR75-1 cells treated with either non-targeting siRNA (siNT) or siRNA targeting TET2 (siTET2).

• T47D cells: siNT 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siTET2 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates).
• ZR75-1 cells: siNT 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siTET2 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates). 

All samples were injected 3 times (technical replicates).
