The aim of the experiment is to measure levels of ER, TET2 and GATA3 in MCF7 cells treated with either non-targeting siRNA (siNT) or siRNA targeting ER (siER).

siNT 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siER 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates).

All samples were injected 3 times (technical replicates).
