These were a pilot of 18 individuals (9 with and 9 without TBI) that were prepared using Mag-Net.  The data were analyzed using the Astral with a 24 min gradient. Some details about the sample preparation are here.

The samples were randomized and prepared in the bottom portion of a 96 well plate.
