Figure SI 4: Variability assessment for non-bound fraction peptides measured within the cell culture growth experiment.

Peptide abundance data (area under the curve) was normalized and log2-transformed. Each box plot represents a single peptide, with individual data points showing the mean coefficient of variation (%CV) of biological triplicates sampled at five different time points in the cell culture growth experiments. The overall mean %CV for all peptides measured in the non-bound fraction within the whole experiment was 2.4%. The box plots display the interquartile range, with the box spanning the 25^th to 75^th percentiles and the line within the box indicating the median. Whiskers extend to the minimum and maximum values.
