The data on this page are the thermo raw files processed to generate the data presented on Limelight here:

All files required to process the raw files and generate the resulting data, including the Nextflow workflow pipeline.config files and comet.params files are available on Limelight at the above location. The resulting mzML files are also available on Limelight. The data deposited here is organized in the same way as the data presented on Limelight.

For details on the files processed and to download configuration files go to Limelight and click on the folder icon to see individual searches:

Then click on the green triangle associated with the search of interest to see the raw file name associated with that search and to download the workflow pipeline.config, comet.params and fasta files required to replicated that search:
