This page contains the result files from database searching the DDA data using Byonic. We have also included a filtered subset of just the histone proteins (byonic_detections_histone_only.csv), the fasta files used for searching and building the Skyline documents (*.fasta), and the isolation list used for the PRM acquisitions (fusion_prm_isolation_list.csv).
