The aim of the experiment is to measure levels of ER, TET2 and GATA3 in MCF7 cells treated with either vehicle or 100nM fulvestrant (ICI 182780) for 3 hours.

3h vehicle treatment (x4 biological replicates), 3h 100nM fulvestrant (ICI 182780) treatment (x4 biological replicates).

All samples were injected 3 times (technical replicates).
