The aim of the experiment is to measure levels of TET2 in MCF7 cells treated with either non-targeting siRNA (siNT) or siRNA targeting TET2 (siTET2) or GATA3 (siGATA3).

• TET2 experiment: siNT 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siTET2 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siNT 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siTET2 72h treatment (x3 biological replicates).
• GATA3 experiment: siNT 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates); siGATA3 48h treatment (x3 biological replicates).

All samples were injected 3 times (technical replicates).
