This folder contains two method development Skyline documents for the Baker IMS experiment, the first BSA_and_PRTC.sky.zip a general library build and test document from a mixture containing 6 bovine proteins: Beta-Lactoglobulin, Lactoperoxidase, Carbonic Anhydrase, Glutamate Dehydrogenase, Alpha-S1-Casein Precursor, and Serum Albumin plus the Pierce Retention Time Calibration (PRTC) mix, with three Thermo Q Exactive DIA (20 m/z window) runs imported for detection validation; the second BSA_method_dev.sky.zip with all but the BSA protein removed, 3 runs (1uL, 100 nL and 10 nL concentrations) of the Agilent BSA mix from the main experiment in water imported for further validation of the targets used in the paper.
