The CiRT_SW.sky file contains peptide and transition information for establishing a user-specific RT-prediction calculator in skyline. Alternatively, the CiRT_SW.csv file (attached) can be uploaded to a blank skyline document using Edit > Insert > Transition List. 

The iRT-database file (CiRT_SW.irtdb) associated with this page provides the CiRT peptides and their assigned iRT values from the manuscript. Alternatively, the CiRT_SW_peptides_for_skyline.xlsx file (attached below) can be built as a new iRT database by the user.
